Additional Information

Which division should I choose?

RX: Athletes can do most movements, but do not need to be proficient at everything. As a team, it is strategic if at least one person can perform higher-skill movements like bar muscle-ups, though not everyone will be required to. RX can generally do all the prescribed weights in a typical class workout. Workout movements will be released ahead of time so teams can adjust divisions if needed.

Scaled: Scaled athletes generally scale workouts at the gym (mainly noted by the loading of weights in a workout, but also higher skilled movements like bar muscle ups, and scaling CTB pull-ups to regular or banded pull-ups). Find a teammate who complements your skills.

Masters: Both athletes must be 40 or older. This division falls more in line with the RX division but may have a slight decrease in some of the heavy weightlifting (ever so slight).

Where should I park?
Park in the lot attached to our building, or the left hand side of lot we share with Gratitude Brewing (do not park on their side). Or…

I don’t want to compete, but would like to help. Great! We need volunteers, judges, and sponsors. Contact Tom, Bill, or Heidie for information.

Where does my entry fee go? All divisions will have cash prizes for winners! Additional proceeds will go directly into your gym with equipment and improvements.
