Lane 5 CrossFit strives to set a different standard in fitness training by focusing on training for General Physical Preparedness (GPP). With two world class trainers, brothers Tom and Billy Pappas, Lane 5 will help you train using Weight Lifting, Gymnastics, and a variety of cardio and other cross-training techniques to live a healthy, full life.
All of our classes are in a group setting and every session is programmed and guided by one of our coaches. The Lane 5 Community consists of like minded individuals pursuing long term health and fitness. The members help to motivate each other, hold one another accountable, and help to push each other on a day to day basis. At Lane 5, you will become part of a family that develops long lasting friendships that go beyond the gym. Members get together for hiking trips, camping, barbecues, and other special events.
We not only train to become better, but also to become more fit across the board. This means getting stronger, losing body fat, increasing stamina and endurance, better flexibility, increased power and speed, more cardiovascular ability.
