The class goal is to help improve skills pertaining to gymnastic movements. You can expect anything from kip swings, ring holds, handstand work, cartwheels, bar muscle ups and more!
We want to provide a session to practice the foundational movements of gymnastics with the help of a coach. To give you new drills and tricks to help refine your skills.
