Lane 5 Crossfit was established in February 2012. Owned by former decathletes Tom and Billy Pappas, Lane 5 Crossfit strives to help people live a healthier life and obtain their fitness goals. CrossFit is the best program we have found that develops overall general physical preparedness (GPP). Essentially meaning that the training you receive will best prepare you for anything that life throws your way. From being stronger, faster, having better endurance and stamina, to more power and flexibility. CrossFit will help develop confidence as well as the ability to take part in all of life’s endeavors. We also believe that form follows function. This means that body image as well as movement patterns will ultimately find its best appeal at the lengths of developing these physical attributes.
